From the sales rep. to the installers; Champion was easy to do business with and were friendly. The contract and warranty were straight forward and easy to understand. The installers went above and beyond what they were bound to by contract; I had an issue with a Bay window, that may be replaced at some point by Champion, but the lead installer helped resolve the issue as part of the installation of the other windows. Thank You!
We are waiting to have some issues resolved. There is damage to the windows, we found after they were installed. We are trying to figure out if they will replace the windows, or give an allowance. We
