They were wonderful and helpful. The installation crew were great and worked really hard. They cleaned up everything. I did not have to worry about anything being left undone.
Marlin, Zack and Jason were excellent! Marlin and I had an issue with another Companies Salesman. Marlin handled himself in a professional manner. The other guy was saying that Marlin was a liar and showed me a warranty which I had in my hand dated 2005 The one I had was dated 2014. Marlin went to Larmco to tell them what happened. They suspended the salesman and was very sorry for his actions. I received a compliment on my windows from one of my neighbors. Everyone was great.
