Smooth and easy
The windows are very easy to clean and open nicely. No air comes through the windows and we can hardly hear noise coming from outside now. Our neighbors have a pool and can get loud, but now we can barely hear them.
They did a very good job!
So far, I am satisfied
I wouldn't recommend them until they got their stuff together. I wouldn't want to recommend them to a friend and have them go through the same problem I had.
