I feel as though the product is good, but many promises not kept. We spent $10k on windows and have a big crack in one. Waiting on a repair.
Champion Windows replaced our windows. After being thoroughly satisfied with the quality and the installation, we then had them do our siding. Then we ordered a front door, and after being satisfied with the installation and the product, we decided we needed a new sliding-glass door. We got one for ourselves, then our daughter needed one, so we got one for her, also.
The windows keep the cold out.
My house is a Champion House, windows, back porch, bay window, and siding all done very well. I also did the front door too. It's a little extra, but the service and what you get is the best.
Over all I am well pleased with Champion. It took longer than I thought for our windows to arrive and we are waiting on a rail extension which was missing on the glass sliding doors when installed. Hopefully it will arrive in a couple of weeks. The installation crew did a really nice job and were very professional and friendly.
