the window was not ready when we were told it would be and we had been told you would call then when we called were told NO we were to call you...NO SOME ONE ON YOUR END SCREWED UP.
We were extremely satisfied with the foreman (JT) as he kept us informed as to the progress of the work and was very polite and very knowledgable of t he work. As for customer service we would rate him 100%.
