Very good to work with. Good Honest Value. My window unit works easily. We made the right choice going with Champion rather than the other guy who has a famous brand name but never showed up for the appointment. My wife loves her new view on the back yard. The installer was on time, knew what to do. He did a great job, very courteous and cleaned up afterwards. I will have them replace another window next spring once I am done with some work on the living room. I would have given them 6 stars ****** :-)
