It is not many times that I get the chance to give a good review on a product. I had ten window installed to replace some old bygone builder windows that leaked and fell apart. Very well made and fit perfect the first time! I have already noticed that my furnace does not run as much or as long as it used to. The real test will be in the winter and summer. I don't care who you are, you can't beat the quality, support, and warranty offered by Champion. Plus, the wife is very happy now.
I've had a lot of projects done recently because we just purchased our home in March. We've dealt with several different contractors. We had a smooth experience with Champion. Getting everything set up went well. As for the installation, I always anticipate that something is going to go wrong during a project and everything went right this time around.
They did a good job, they really did.
All individuals in which I had a face to face contact were very professional, pleasant, and did all work and discussion in a timely manner. The individual who answers phone for champion needs a little work. Didn't appear too pleasant at the time of my return call. she wasn't rude, just didn't appear to have a "work tone of voice!." More like I am ready to leave type of quality of voice.
