I think that the product that Champion sells is superior. The craftsmanship was great and all the people involved were professional. I could not be more satisfied.
Rick was our salesperson, he was very knowledgeable, professional, precise, and to the point. The installation crew was on time, they did work in a timely manner, and were very helpful. They answered any questions that we had. We are very proud of the product and it's great to look out the windows. The windows are beautiful.

We had a problem with the installation of the door from the get-go. The computer was down, and the door had to be made an inch and a half longer. We had to wait for the approval of the construction manager for them to tear down the wall and move the door. They claimed their mistake, and they took care of it. Everything was professional. The workers were professional as well. The work was also very good. We're very pleased. I liked the sunroom and the new window.
We have been happy with the way Champion Windows provided information and followed through with the installation. We had gotten other windows before and noticed that their windows did make an energy difference.
