Great service and good job.
Great service and communication. It was fast too.
Very happy with the Champion windows, other than the long lead time, I would highly recommend these windows. We love our patio even more and are anticipating the cool days of Fall.
We ordered the windows in April and they were supposed to be installed in a couple of months. A couple of months passed and then they said by Labor Day. We had to call them. Then I got a call saying they had never been ordered. We checked with the guy who we had been talking to and he said had the confirmation number in front of him. I didn't know who to believe so I called the other guy but he never returned our call. They finally were installed a week ago. I was very unhappy with how things progressed.
I had one screen that had a small hole. I was told about windows keeping out bugs and there's a spider between the window and screen.
