I cannot say enough good things about my experience with all of the people that have provided service to me at Champion. In today's world where customer service seems to take a back seat, my Champion team was amazing from the first meeting with my salesperson. The schedule was exactly as quoted and the installation team was efficient and respectful of my home. there was no communication on the install it was a month late i had to email and ask several time for updates.the install crew was a little messy but over all install was good. I was told I had to clean the glass myself they do not do that. We chose to hire a cleaning service to come in and clean up after them and clean all the new windows.it was still way cheaper than using anther window company. over all i would say you get what you pay for they were 5k cheaper than the lowest bid we got and 15 k from the highest.
Douglas Beck, our sales rep was very friendly and professional - honest and upfront, didn't yank us around at all. The installation team was very quick - did a great job and everything seems to be great so far!
They were extremely professional and very efficient.
I am quite satisfied with the installation. I am, however, curious as to why Matthew (the salesman) did not follow up after the initial sale.
