We could not be happier with our new windows! We replaced ALL the windows in our old house, because opening any one of the windows was becoming quite an ordeal. The rooms are cool this hot summer and we look forward to having a warmer house in the winter.
The quality of the service was impeccable, wonderful. The time was not. The schedule was not adhered to, which was frustrating, but everything else was good. Everyone was courteous. Everyone was nice. They got the work done as best they could, on the week of my vacation. So, as long as their on the ball with scheduling, it's fine.
