The product is very good. All the parts work smoothly, as advertised. The glass provides excellent insulation -- solving the big problem that made replacing my windows necessary. The house is noticeably less drafty and the cat, who sleeps in the sun to get warm, is much less toasty than before. The installers did a very good job, professionally and on time.
