Josh was great at explaining everything, the steps we'd take moving forward, all the way to the end. The windows came early for us, and our daughter's bedroom got the fancier window with noise reducing and safer glass. We definitely notice a difference, since her room faces a very busy street with traffic and sirens passing by all the time. She sleeps soundly, and so do we knowing she has a warm room with no loud sirens that could wake her. We are very happy we spent our money on these windows! Definitely money well spent!
The installation crew was outstanding.
The lead guy on the job site, Eric was outstanding. He was very prompt, accommodating and did an outstanding job, with outstanding workmanship. He was a hard worker, well organized and I would highly recommend him.
The installer, Wes and his team were phenomenal.Ty Williamson explained things so clearly. I've worked with them for the past 10 years, the project have been on time and if everything is ever wrong they're out here in a New York minute. I can't say enough about these guys.
