We were surprised when they informed us that they would be starting the project early. The team that came to work on the sunroom were friendly, efficient and quick.
I had to call the General Manager when Bruce Hahn never returned my calls. Bruce Hahn was MIA as i was concerned. He wasn't professional. When he ordered the wrong windows, he never answered my calls or tried to fix the problem and i had to go over his head to the general manager. The GM then took it upon himself to make sure i got the windows i wanted and everything went smoothly after that.
I am really enjoying my new windows.
