I am very pleased with the product I ordered. The salesman was very nice, very well informed, and the schedule I was given was sooner then I thought. The installers were very clean, nice, and efficient. It did not take as long as I thought. I was very pleased because they left everything cleaner then when they got there. I would recommend them to anyone who needs windows.

I was totally impressed with the professionalism provided by George G., until AFTER the actual contract was signed. I had to text several times to get status on the project, and on the install date. A good Project Manager should keep the client abreast of any changes to the project at all times. The client should not have to chase down the Manager for status. I have heard of Champion Windows and Doors for years now and decided to replace a 35 year old wood slider door that goes out to a south exposure deck that is heavily used. Our new door is a garden style door that opens with hinges (instead of a slider). When the install took place, it was discovered that the door did not fit. Champion swiftly made another door for us that fits perfectly. We love how air tight it is and easy to open and close.
