So far, I am satisfied and happy with their work. I have been happy with this company from the salesman to the installers.
They were very professional and did the work I contracted them to do.
Door was great, installation was smooth, caulking was not done completely, and my kick plate was missing the factory supplied screw to put it on. Make sure all your parts are there before they start installation cause you'll wait WEEKS before the company makes it right. Seems once they get their money, they put you on a back burner. Also, be careful of the "fix-it" guy they send out, they will send him to Home Depot for parts that are not factory specifications to do a "quick-fix".
The salesman, Joshua Daniel was straight to the point, honest and gave a great demonstration of Champion Windows. The installation crew came in, worked hard and got the job done in the same day. The work was done at a professional level and I would recommend using Champion Windows. If we ever moved to another home I'd use them again for our windows. - Dustin
