The crew was very professional. We have a old house, so they had to adapt, which they did and did a great job.
Disappointed with the amount of condensation that appears on windows. This didn't happen with my old windows. I was told this is normal. Hmmm. I was given a brand new screen door that had a hole in the screen and was an older model. There was a lack of communication on the salesperson's part which caused a 2 month wait. Since Champion was recommended to me, I feel quite a let-down with Champion. I have yet to see how the windows will perform over the winter months.
