I felt Chad was not knowledgeable and not precise on the order. The patio door came with the wrong opening and the size was a bit off. It had to be reordered. I also ordered a screen, but the installers told me after the door was installed that a screen could not be put on this door. Evidently Chad did not know this. This has not been resolved.
They came and did a fabulous job and left the place very clean.
