The salesmanship is very good but when you have to have a claim submitted it is low priority. Sales take priority over claims.
The window construction was good. Installation was poor. The window assembly is very thick so the window sill will not accommodate an inside mounted blind. So you will have to go with outside mounted blind. The surface area of the glass pane is much smaller than the old windows because the Champion vinyl frame is 3.5" - 4" wide, compared to 1.5" on the old windows. The new windows help keep the temperature in the house very stable.
We were very pleased with everything about our experience with Champion Windows from our interaction with our Champion representative Chad Kirkley (both times as we had to have him come out again so we could add on to our project) to the installation of the windows which was very well done AND included thorough clean up at the end of the installation.
