The job was done professionally and my only complaint is that my one window installation took 8 months to have installed.
Excellent work & professional except for one problem. I was told a piece of weatherstrip would be installed at the top of each double-hung window. This never happened! One other minor problem...I am still picking up nails from my driveway...luckily no flat tire, yet!!
I've only windows on another house and was greatly satisfied so I bought them again in my new house
Work looks good, but it took 5 months to complete the project. First time they came one of the windows was broken and the sashes weren’t right on another. They ordered the windows again, and the next appointment was canceled because a worker had COVID. Then the next appointment was canceled because the window they ordered to replace the broken one was missing a sash, which one would assume could have been discovered in the amount of time it was sitting in the shop.
