The guys that installed the windows were as professional as you could get. The only thing I didn't like was they said from the time they ordered them until they were installed was about 8 weeks, when I thought it was going to be 6 weeks. The contract did say 12 weeks, I just feel like it wasn't explained well. But the work they did was very professional.
I have used them twice and they are great.
I am very satisfied with the job.
