Sales rep was very personable and knew exactly what we needed. He put the order through and gave a date to expect installation. The crew that installed the windows was very polite, explained what he would be doing and did just that. VERY GOOD! I will recommend Champion windows to all of my friends.
We purchased a bay window to replace our picture window and we weren't sure how it would look when done. The crew were wonderful! Answered all our questions and fixed a screen which didn't fit right.
People gave us a hard time about changing, out windows that were only 6 months old because, it was a new home. We had Champion in our previous house and they were wonderful! They make the house warmer and cooler! I highly recommend them. They are a better quality and a better product. My son suggested Anderson and they took the 3 to 4 weeks, just to return a call.
Kind and courteous. Very prompt. They were a month early in the installation! Right on it!
We are totally pleased with the products and service.
