We were very pleased by the excellent customer care we received from all the Champion Windows personnel. Their workmanship was very professional, and they were very pleasant to work with.
The installation crew is top notch. Jim Baker is a knowledgable salesman, and knows his product. We've been in sales for 47 years, and know when someone knows their product well. We are happy with the outcome.
They were courteous and quick, and it was done well.
I think the company is good but for $14000, I probably could have gotten it for cheaper from somewhere else.
We've had a front door, a sun room and now two more outside doors installed by Champion. The quality is excellent and the people doing the work have always been professional.
