They are "ok" windows. I had 3 windows replaced in my kitchen and the window itself is smaller than the original window that was there. The salesman was very nice and helpful and the installer was professional & informative also did great with the clean up after install. Also thought they were very expensive. Might want to check around with other companies.
The service was excellent and they had good installers. It was all on time. We are happy all around.
This is touchy. We got the product, we don't know yet if there are any issues with how they perform.
