From start to finish, professional, thorough, and we couldn't be happier with our windows. Our installers (I'm out of town so don't have access to my file with correct names, but a dear couple, Kenny and Kayla?) We're wonderful; laying tarps down throughout the house, cleaning up after installation, washing all windows, caulking thoroughly as we had rain and snow in our home previously from poorly made windows.
