Josh was very professional, nice, and friendly. He told me exactly what he was going to do.
We had this project done over an existing patio. I did not know how drastic the slope was going to be. It was never mentioned to me. I do not think Dennis knew how drastic the slope was going to be. The panels prevent us from getting a level floor. It is going to be inconvenient when furnishing the room. I have a two inch drop within 8 feet of concrete. In the future, I think Champion Windows should try to level off the concrete or have a more in-depth discussion with the homeowner about any slope issues. Dennis and my crew ... read more
