They were super friendly and nice.
It was very good service and were excellent in the installation. The exception that I had was that the service person did not take my comment seriously and didn't send someone out to check on the build of the window itself being correct.
The windows so far seem to be wonderful. I hope I still feel the same way after our first winter.
