Overall I am happy with the windows and very happy with the installation crew. However, I am very upset that I did not receive the financing plan that was offered to me.
Champion Windows did a good job. This is the third time I've had them put in windows for me.
The general manager addressed promptly and effectively, issues with purchase. Could not be more grateful and satisfied with his quick response in resolving my issues. He went above and beyond.
