Everything went smoothly. They communicated with me very well when it came to time and cost. The installers did a good job. Also, the value of the windows and the build seem to be in line with the quality of their product. I am happy with my new windows.
The prices are comparable but high.
We really liked Jim. He was really personable and didn't down talk any of the other window companies. He was just a good guy.
