The were very knowledgeable and professional. They were willing to answer simple questions. I will be very quick to call them back should I have any additional needs.
Overall the local team we interacted with was outstanding. Due to some severe weather, our installation was delayed 3 times, and each time the team was gracious and accommodating to our needs. The windows seem very good (it has only been about 1 month), however, my expectation was that the windows would be clean when installed. Everything went good. We only had an issue with a screen, but they came out and fixed it immediately--so I didn't have any problems at all.
