I have a home in a historic district, so I had Champion Windows replace the eight windows in the back of my home first. This way I could make sure that they looked ok and would comply with the historic standards. They gentleman was very professional. We ended up not using the services.
They were here when they said they would be and performed the task that was agreed upon.The people wescheduled with and who did the work were professional and polite. We have no complaints. They did a good job and even replaced some rotting around the windows without extra cost.
I like them all. They were great and did the work on time. Talk them down in price.
We were not really happy with some of their installers. They don’t communicate if they messed something up, and they don’t clean up very well after the job. They did responded to our complaints about what was broken by their installers, and they replaced what was wrong. The actual finish product does look good.
Once the windows arrived in Macon, the installation was scheduled and the 3 workers arrived on the scheduled day and systematically removed and replaced all the windows. They were very courteous and professional. All debris was picked up and removed. The door installation required an electrical outlet be moved. An electrician was called and the electrical work completed in a timely manner. Prior to their departure the foreman demonstrated the operation of the new windows / door.
