I was informed every step of the way and pleased with the quick turnaround time! Our two installers were great! Had a great experience from the moment sales guy walked in u til the moment the installers walked out.
So far, it's been good, but they have been slow to respond on the warranty.
I am generally satisfied with the end result but there were some issues with the installation process that troubled me. I don't really feel it was a great value for the cost.
