Salesman was very knowledgeable, friendly and not even the least bit pushy. Install was the best. Quick, quiet and clean. Answered all my questions and didn't even leave a broken nail or a single piece of garbage behind. Even helped me remove the blinds from a few windows because I didn't have the driver head which was used to install them (not a standard or philips screwdriver). Best windows you can buy and the company knows exactly how to do it !!
