It is great that Champion Windows of Grand Rapids sends out inspectors after each step of the project is done. On one such inspection, the gentleman found that the wrong size grids had been ordered for our windows and promptly ordered the right ones so our project could be finished.
Their products are top of the line, I don't care for their high pressure sales tactics. They almost lost a sale because of the high pressure sales tactics.
I had a great experience with Champion Windows. They sent a salesman to my home at the scheduled time. He was friendly and very respectful. He listened to what I had to say and valued my onion. The workman came on time did the job and cleaned up all the debris. I had my siding done by Champion a couple years ago.They did a fantastic job; that is why I called them when I was ready to have glass block windows installed in my basement. My windows look amazing.
