The initial date for installation was 12/18. They called and changed it to 12/21 between 8 and 9 AM. Not a problem. At 9:10 I called to find out what is going on. I then indicated that either they were there soon or I will simply cancel the order. He showed up at 9:45. I understand this firm is contracted by Champion.
