I had two sliding glass doors done. One downstairs is crooked so doesn't close well. In their defense, they will be coming out to look at it next week so we'll see how it gets resolved. Also, I knew that they could not hook up my ADT system to the doors but they totally turned the system off to the whole house. I now can't set my alarm.
I thought the installation crew from Champion Windows of Greensboro was absolutely wonderful. They cleaned up every little bit. They were courteous. We have dogs and they knew not to let them out. I've never had such a knowledgeable crew before.
The installation was excellent and timely. What sold me on the purchase was the comparison with E-Glass in Anderson windows, particularly the heat transfer comparison.
I'd never dealt with Champion Windows until now. They are great people. I have been very happy with the windows. The craftsmanship was of good quality. The crew that came would be recommended to anyone over anybody else! They were the best crew out of anyone I had ever had put in new windows.
