I was happy, as always, with the quality of the materials and installation. However, on this occasion, the work crew did not live up to my expectations of Champion. There was no communication from the crew leader during construction and unsafe debris was left at the work site. Mitigation included an apology, which did not strike me as particularly sincere.
We were very satisfied with the quality of the product. Unfortunately, we were not able to get our door installed properly. We had to end our relationship with Champion and order the door from someone else.
