My experience with Champion was good. We did not have any problems that were really off the chart. One young man had a hard time getting here a couple of times, but it did not slow the process down much. Everything worked out though, and I am satisfied.

I have to say that Champion Windows were courteous and generous with their information. They realized I wasn't familiar with having windows combined and were very informative as to what they were doing. Champion was very kind.

I've never had the windows replaced before. Our past house had great windows and never needed replacement. Our crew was very thorough with replacement and it was the best experience I've ever had with a remodel. It was stress free, there was no mess, and he cleaned as he went. It was such a good experience through the Champion people and they really helped us get what we needed and stay within our budget. I look upon the experience as just a beautiful experience. I think they are a great company to deal with. They did an excellent job. You couldn't ask for a better installation crew. I asked for that crew. I had some windows done in this house. I'm in the process of doing that again. I will ask for the same crew that did the installation.

I thought the entire staff was very professional. The installation crew was courteous and they cleaned up well after themselves. When I went to check for updates on the project, Champion had the installation scheduled ahead of time!

When we decided to replace our windows we chose to go with Champion Windows after the outstanding sales presentation. We always had one window that drew the sun into our dinning room and made it very hot. With the new windows that Champion installed, our home is insulated and the sun rays not longer heat up our home. From the sales presentation, to the quality of their product, and finally to the installation, Champion does an excellent job. We would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking windows.
