Very happy with the product, courteous staff, and they were not only on time but early. They were exceptional to me.
We were very well pleased with Champion Windows of Indianapolis. They did everything that they said they would do, on time and did a good job.
This is my third job with Champion Windows. Each and every time the staff and the quality of the product is excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
The overall process took a lot longer than we expected. We contracted in October and the room did not get started until the 3rd week of January. Once the project had started it took 2 and a half weeks until completion. Overall, the quality of work was very good, but the contract to finish time was a little long.
They did a good job, and had a good price for their product. They were very good at getting things installed and kept everything clean and nice. They also took care of the rotten wood that they said they would handle and were very considerate when doing all of their work.
The office staff has been incredible helpful. I had a broken pane of glass that is being taken care of immediately.
