Jim, Dan and rocky were thorough, knowledgeable and professional in building our sunroom
The salesperson was great. The timeline was impressive. The price matched what we were looking for. Installation was going well and quick. i signed off on everything (windows themselves looked great). I was blinded by their beauty and didnt notice the busted drywall, and gaping framing around every window. If this is a normal issue, i would have appreciated a heads up that it could happen. Im a little unsure on how to go about addressing this but it will require a lot of fixing - an extra cost & makes me bitter about the new... read more
