Even with the delays due to COID, would recommend Champion.
I'm really pleased with the windows.
Very little communication from anyone after the contract was signed. Installation per the contract was supposed to be in approximately 16 weeks and was more like 23 weeks. Received a Notice of Violation by city building inspector because the electrical work was not done correctly (took three tries for the electricians to get the job right). The positive experience was the installation crew who took pride in their workmanship and representing the Champion brand.
Great experience from beginning to end, from the sales to the installation! The installers did great work!
Good price, nice windows. Installation process needs to be improved though
