The sales representative, Jaime Calhoun was fantastic. He gave us time to discuss our options and answered all our questions. He was clear on the pricing and gave us all our options for payments. The completed room is so nice. It looks so much larger than we expected. The installation crew was very professional and hard working to complete the room. Well worth our money.

I had some issues with Champion Windows of Indianapolis. When completing the project, the installation crew left a bunch of window pieces. Earlier on in the project, there was a leak that had been caused during the project; however, Champion Windows of Indianapolis did come to fix it. I had another window put in, but had to see how much it was going to cost. When I called the office staff at Champion Windows of Indianapolis, they told me they lost the quote that I had asked for.
