It seemed like they were a little unorganized from the initial consultation to the scheduling and the remeasuring of the windows. Also, the lead time was off by probably 2 weeks. They did a good job and the installation team was fantastic though.
This is the third time I have used Champion to replace/install windows. The quality of materials and installations have been excellent.
Great addition to my house.....all of the people I dealt with were courteous and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
