We are happy with the installer but we were told it would be 6-8 weeks and it was 6 months. I called them and I was told it was the type of windows I ordered and that was not true. My order was actually there, it was just not marked.
I would give them five stars on everything. I am a repeat customer and I have no complaints. I prefer to give this statement and not complete the entire survey. I have done their surveys before.
From sales through installation everyone was friendly and knowledgable about the product. They answered any questions we had and were up-front with the answers.
