job went smoothly. workers were attentive to my requests for updates. Job was clean inside and outside. office responded quickly to factory damaged window. they ordered replacement same day . told me about 6 week lead time for replacement. installed damaged panel , so job could be completed. very satisfied. will recommend you to any who want great windows.
Brandon made sure I knew what I was getting, and the crew who installed my roof were THE MOST PROFESSIONAL (and happy) group I have ever seen. Not one nail was left on site. Just super.

This is my second dealing with Champion. I had Champion Windows of Johnson City put in all around the house when I had a break in, and they were wonderful as always. I can not recommend them high enough. They are superb! The staff..from the people in the office to the installers, everyone is excellent.
The crew and everyone involved was very courteous. We enjoyed the work day together and I am satisfied with the outcome.
