Purchased my door in September & no updates on the status of my door whenever I called. Wasn’t installed until February. I believe this company over sells especially when they do the buy 2 get 2 & cannot keep up with the product being built.
4 panes were smeared and scratched and have to have replacements sent away to have replacements made
Waited 6 months for windows to be installed after being told it would take 2. Was not communicated with about the install, a window that was left at the factory or offered anything other than being told thats how it is one time.
The installers were nice. But the job they did was terrible!
