Our salesperson was very open with us during our discussion about widows, pricing and other competitors. The work crew was exceptional: on time and worked very hard. All material were picked up and no trash left behind.
Champion Windows did a good job and provided a fair value for the investment. There was an issue with the largest picture window being six inches too short (after they measured 2 times previously). This caused a 4-5 week delay in our project, however Champion provided a 2% reduction in cost and did the install of the single window over a weekend. Would recommend Champion.
I am very glad we did it because I waited 10 years for this. The crew was very professional and friendly. The electrician was absolutely wonderful. Everyone did their job. They were super nice. The only regret I had was that we didn't make it bigger.
Dave Morgan met with me to discuss my options and the entire installation process. The windows were ready a few weeks ahead of schedule, and the installation was flawless. The crew was 20 minutes early and extremely polite. These were not the cheapest windows, but they are the best. I'm very happy with the product and outcome.
