I love the windows! They're beautiful.
I am very pleased and satisfied with the company and its performance, as well as the quality of the windows.
I really like the sliding glass door and the quality is very good. I also purchased a bay window a couple years earlier and my dogs love seating in the window every day.
We bought 1 bay window from Champion Windows approx. 3 years ago. Dave Morgan was our salesperson. Everything went smoothly from the order to the install. When we decided to replace the remaining windows in our home we didn't have to think twice about who to contact.
My only concern was that the screen door was not in or ordered until the job was completed. They finished on a Friday and I was told the door was not in stock. They finished it on a Monday. There was plenty of time to have to door ordered with all the other materials. This seemed very unprofessional. The ordering department needs to make sure all supplies are in before the job is started!
