I recommend Champion windows and doors to anyone that is looking to replace them or buy new. The company was very very good about everything they did. The service was great, and the installers were even better. Our salesman was superb. He handled everything beautifully and seamlessly. We even received our materials at the door sooner than we expected. That was good service.

Estimated time of installation was scheduled for two days. With an extra crew available, the job was completed in one day, between 8:00 and 5:00 pm. We were amazed that the work was completed in one day. All members of the crew were friendly, efficient, and knew their jobs. The work areas were cleaned up and we are happy with the results.

I think they went above and beyond. There was nothing written down about the trimming inside the house. They did not bring the tools they needed, but they went out and got the supplies needed to trim the windows on the inside.

The doors are beautiful and Brian Andrade is a great representative of the company. The installers did a great job, but I was unhappy that they dismissed the problem they caused when the trim was cracked. All other customer service interactions were poor and it took many weeks to have the problem with the trim resolved.

The whole process went really smoothly, from first meeting with the sales representative, to measuring the windows, to installing them. Windows are really nice and we are reminded of how much they keep outside sound out everytime we open them...
