Every step was great. Spencer the salesperson started us off on the right foot and everyone that followed was great all the way to the final installation. The house and yard was left clean and the windows look great!
Just have mixed emotions, think the products are good, just concerns with rest of the overall business process.
Did not pressure me in the sale and worked with on only doing a few windows at a time. I would definitely use them again for the rest of my windows.
